“Beast of No Nation” is set to make its debut in Nigerian cinemas. According to Nollywood Access and pulse, the film will hit the big screens this Friday, December 11, 2015.
The movie insider revealed that this offering was made courtesy of Silverbird Distribution.
“Beast of No Nation” was released on October 16 via streaming service Netflix.
The movie starring British actor Idris Elba, features actors like Ghanaian actress Ama K. Abebrese alongside Grace Nortey, David Dontoh and Opeyemi Fagbohungbe.
The film was shot in Ghana and it features Idris Elba as a ruthless, blood thirsty commandant and the young chap Abraham Attah gives a stunning performance as Agu the child instructed in the ways of war struggles for survival. The movie was adapted for screen from a 2005 novel of same name written by Uzodinma Iweala.
